A Sunday is $1,000 less than a Saturday, and Monday to Thursday is $2,000 less. What's included stays the same.

- Rosewood Homestead available from 7:00am to get ready in

- The estate's luxury twin bathrooms cover up to 120 guests; for larger weddings (121–200 guests) you'll need to hire additional portable bathrooms.
- Parking for 60 cars, helicopter landing sites

The Vow
Up to 20 guests · Monday to Wednesday · 3 hours

Includes use of Rosewood Homestead to get ready in, ceremony for up to 20 guests, choice of ceremony location, planning tools, up to 20 Siesta Victor white ceremony chairs, signing table and chairs, luxury twin bathrooms, backup generator, rubbish removal.
Not included: reception furniture, catering, alcohol, accommodation.
The Intimate Wedding
Up to 40 guests · Monday to Wednesday · 5 hours, concluding at 6:00pm

Includes everything in The Vow, plus choice of ceremony locations across the property, the marquee including its lighting, two high tables and four wine barrels with 24 stools, and the cold room.
Where to stay
Rosewood Homestead
Five bedrooms, sleeps ten. $1,650 per night, whole house, booked separately from venue hire.
Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday weddings can reserve the night of their wedding at booking. From three months out, remaining adjacent nights go to those couples first. Wednesday to Friday weddings can also book the Homestead, if it's still available three months out.
Rosewood House
1130 Beechmont Road. Sleeps six. $600 per night, whole house. Available any day of the week.

The marquee
Semi-permanent, 10m × 25m, extending to 10m × 30m for weddings over 150 guests, with glass sides all year. If it rains, the ceremony moves under the main marquee, or we put up a separate marquee on the lawn or gravel area in front of it. You can make the call on the morning.
Booking and payment terms are provided when you hold a date.
